Omnom Cheese Shop is hosting a series of these cheese making classes at its Rosebery digs. On top of its Bubbles, Burrata & Bocconcini class, it runs a haloumi making workshop. At the 120-minute class, you'll learn to pick and treat milk, turn it into curd and then turn that curd into salty, squeaky haloumi — while sipping endless bubbles. Yep, unlimited sparkling wine while you cook.
The classes will set you back $89 a person, but that includes the endless booze as well as around 250 grams of your own handmade cheese to take home.
