Overview

El Camino Cantina is known for its colourful interiors, cheap Tuesday tacos and giant margaritas, including across its existing Brisbane stores. From mid-November through until early January, its newest local outpost at South Bank is celebrating those oversized drinks with a six-week-long festival dedicated to the frozen cocktail.

Head by between Friday, November 20–Sunday, January 3, which is when inaugural Ritapalooza will feature 15 limited-edition margaritas, as well as food and drink specials.

Skittle, Hubba Bubba and marshmallow margaritas will be on offer alongside classics like mango, strawberry and passionfruit — and you can nab them as part of four-flavour tasting paddles.

Tacos will be going for $7 — and $4 on Tuesdays — throughout Ritapalooza, and the ten-cent Wing Wednesday tradition will be on offer, too.

Or, you can tuck into a palooza party package, which includes two hours of margs for $89 — along with a food spread that features buffalo wings, chicken fajitas and churros.
