Overview
Always wanted to brush up on the Bard, but never progressed past watching Romeo + Juliet and 10 Things I Hate About You? You're not alone. Fear not, your years of thinking you'll get around to it can come to an easy end. Well, kind of. See one theatre performance, and enjoy a comedic crash course in England's most famous poet and playwright.
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) condenses all 37 of his stage scribblings into one show, from the ghostly tragedy of Hamlet and the regal bloodbath of Macbeth, to the fairies and follies of A Midsummer Night's Dream and the mischievous matchmaking of Much Ado About Nothing.
If it all sounds a bit silly and Python-esque, that's the point, and you're encouraged to be part of the fun. Audience participation ensures that no two performances are the same. Taking place on Sunday and Monday evenings between October 1 and December 18, head along, join in, and you'll be a Shakespeare pro in no time.
