If your Easter routine usually involves a seafood feast, then you might want to make a date with a certain Kangaroo Point fish 'n' chippery this year. From Friday, March 29–Sunday, March 31, One Fish Two Fish is serving up plenty of the ocean's finest for the occasion, all as part of a $95 four-course meal that starts with seafood platters and remains just as indulgent from there.
In the past, One Fish Two Fish has called this yearly feast Great Friday; however, in 2024 it's keeping the specials going for three days. So, the name still applies, but it's a whole-weekend deal. That means more chances to head along.
Those platters are made to share, and come stacked with pacific oysters, Moreton Bay bugs, cooked Mooloolaba prawns, blue swimmer crab and green-lip mussels. Next comes pineapple and mint granita as a palette cleanser, then grilled goldband snapper with Amalfi salad.
We've only listed three rounds so far, with the fourth course getting sweet. To wrap things up, you'll be tucking into hot cross bun bread and butter pudding.
If you're keen to eat in, you'll need to book a spot for one of five sittings: 11.30am–1.30pm, 2–4pm and 5.30–7.30pm on Friday; and 12–2pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
There's also a takeaway menu featuring fish 'n' chip fare, and a different Easter treat across Saturday–Sunday: $25 lobster croissants.
