DIY manicures usually call for a one-time investment in nail supplies. Female-founded nail brand Ambedo Beauty is making the ritual easier to pick up with vino, nibbles, and all the equipment on hand.

The third edition of Nail Social Club lands at The Forefront, a co-working space in Hamilton, on Saturday, August 22. No dramas for beginners, because a nail artist will be on-site to provide guidance.

Expect to leave with a fresh mani, plus the skills to recreate the look. Regulars can graduate from a solid colour to more complex nail art techniques, which will anchor future sessions. The Brissie-born brand is known for its range of mani kits, so tools will be provided for a fuss-free time. Entry comes with a door gift, and once the polish is packed away, Eat Street Northshore is just next door.

Nail Social Club is happening on Saturday, August 22 at 221B MacArthur Ave, Hamilton.
