Available Monday to Thursday, the Saké Favourites Lunch offers up a selection of the most popular dishes for $60 per person. You'll feast on the likes of hiramasa kingfish paired with lime and jalapeno koshu, steamed prawn dumplings, spicy tuna hand rolls and miso glazed Glacier 51 toothfish, with green tea ice cream to finish. The team haven't forgotten your liquids either — you'll also get a glass of riesling, grenache or draught beer.
