Whether you loved Double Dare, Download or A*Mazing (or Vidiot or Pick Your Face), every kid that's ever watched a children's game show has wished they could take part in the fun. Actually, let's admit it: every adult wishes that, back in the day, they'd had that experience — slime and all.

While Brewsvegas can't quite send you back in time to make that dream come true, it can offer up the next best thing from 10am on Saturday, March 21. At Netherworld — where else? — this year's fest is putting on Stack Hats & Slime: Gameboy Gameshow, where everyone will pretend it's the 90s, grab a friend and compete in kids' TV show-style physical and video game challenges.

Entry costs $30 per team, and there are prizes on offer. There's a bonus for taking part in this type of event as an adult rather than a child, too: beer, with Kaiju Beer serving up a brew just for the occasion.

Each duo will need to rock up in matching stack hats, elbow pads and knee pads — it just wouldn't be a 90s-era kids' game show without them.
