Overview

Hands up if situation sounds familiar: you're out in Fortitude Valley on a Saturday night, and a hefty dose of post- (or pre-, or mid-) drinking hunger strikes, but the clock has already struck 10.30pm. That means your eating options are few and far between, unless something greasy takes your fancy.

Yep, we've all been there, and more than once; however from May 21st, we won't have to again. That's when Valley Late Night Bites starts up to take care of your after-hours munchies. About time.

Simply head to the Chinatown Mall until 3am, take your pick from the assembled line of Brissie's best food trucks, and prepare to have a very satisfied stomach. Of course, you don't bring a heap of meals-on-wheels eateries together without making a party out of it, complete with live music, free bottled water and a chill-out zone for those in need of some quiet digestion.
