Since November 2015, Craft Coffee has been serving up exactly what its name promises, with Cleanskin Old School its brew of choice. So far, so caffeinated — but what if you're after a snack with your hot cuppa? Well, after installing a new kitchen, the Albion cafe also has that covered.

In fact, their approach to expanding their menu is as inventive as it is tasty, with cooking up a storm a bit tricky in a hole-in-the-wall joint in an industrial district. So, Craft Coffee thought outside of their warehouse box. You'll find their five brekkie options and three lunch selections on offer from a timber-lined van stationed in their car park.

Smoked salmon salad with craisins and Mexican breakfast beans with eggs and guacamole stand out among the early morning meals, while the chilli pork burger and serving of tender lamb and roast veg will satisfy your midday food cravings. And hanging about outside isn't just about getting some grub, with Craft Coffee also using their outdoor space to host film screenings and State of Origin nights.
