If you're a caffeine fiend who spends your weekday hours in the CBD, you now have a new place to grab your next cuppa. After launching its first Brisbane cafe less than 12 months ago, Melbourne's beloved specialty coffee outfit Industry Beans has set up its second Sunshine State location in Adelaide Street.

There's one crucial difference between the brand's 150-person Newstead digs and its new inner city spot, however. This cosy ten-seat newcomer places a hefty focus on takeaways — no matter how you like your caffeine hit. Using beans roasted at its other site, it's serving up all the Industry Beans mainstays, including milk-based espressos coffees and its beloved cold brews. Yes, that means that the tapioca pearl-filled Coffee Bubble Cup and the wattleseed Fitzroy Iced are both on the menu.

Also getting plenty of attention on Adelaide Street: beans to purchase, including a rotating lineup of single origins for both espresso and filter (which are obviously also available in your cuppas as well). Or, you can buy ready-to-drink cold-brew cans, specialty coffee pods and coffee equipment.

You'll be doing all of the above within Industry Beans' usual minimalist decor — and up until 3pm daily, with the cafe opening at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends.

Pastries and other small bites to eat are available, too, in case you need a snack with your coffee.
