Overview

Asian fusion is a term that gets thrown around a little too often these days; however it's an apt way to describe Park Road Kitchen's menu. Making its home in the Milton street that inspires its name, the restaurant's dishes borrow bits and pieces from Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

That includes appetizers of honey soy chicken drumlets, octopus takoyaki with wasabi mayo and steamed Hervey Bay scallops, just to get things started. For mains, expect to choose from pineapple fried rice, Malaysian-style yellow curry and tamarind soft-shell crab among a hefty list of shareable options. Plus, roast pork belly is the eatery's signature dish, much to the delight of everyone who likes their slivers of meat both crunchy and juicy.

Yep, you'll find a little bit of everything at Park Road Kitchen, including a range of sweets for dessert. That's where a little European fusion comes in too. Slice of Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, anyone?
