Overview

Looks can be deceiving — and that's certainly the case at Clayfield Wing Fury. What looks like any regular neighbourhood fast food joint is actually a haven of pizza, hot wings and loaded fries.

The wings are the real drawcard here with over a dozen sauce options available, including buffalo, honey sriracha, chilli lime and teriyaki. The best part? It clocks in at just over a dollar per wing (or on Wednesdays, it does $1 wings). The wings are gluten-free and, if you're not a meat-eater, you can sub out the chicken for deep-fried cauliflower bites with the same sauces. Plus, do you know what pairs perfectly with spicy wings? Beer. At Wing Fury, you can BYO your favourite tinny to knock back between bites.

The setting is casual and family-friendly, with board games on every table, and there are a couple of interesting desserts on offer if you're up for a challenge: a deep-fried burrito with chocolate and banana or dessert nachos slathered in cinnamon, chocolate sauce and ice cream. Wing Fury offers BYO beer and wine.
