Standout dishes include oysters with apple and tequila mignonette, mezcal cured salmon with coriander meringue, and soft shell tacos packed with crab or spicy pulled pork. You'll be tempted to stuff yourself with curly fries, which come with chipotle mayo, but whatever you do make sure you leave room for dessert. You can try caramel flan, coconut pannacotta, chocolate brownie with salted caramel and popcorn, or a deconstructed peanut butter cheesecake.
