Overview
After a successful first outing, brunch pop-up Braw x Shepherd is now a permanent weekend fixture at Wellington's Shepherd Restaurant. Every Sunday chef Keir Ballantyne, of Braw Snacks, will team up with Shepherd Elliot and his team for the collaboration.
Braw Snacks is a pop-up experience creating lunch and brunch foods with a focus around fresh baking. Diners at the eating experience can expect delicious breads and pastries, alongside mid-morning cocktails and bottomless filter coffee.
Menu items include Braw Snack's kouign amman ice cream sandwiches, tofu katsu burgers, grilled cheese and Shepherd's signature savoury custard.
