Overview

Paolino De Martino founded the restaurant Da Paolino, inspired by the beauty of Capri — the scent of the sea, the bounty of its produce and the almost poetic canopy of citrus right here in the grove.

The timber-framed entrance and lush pergola walkway lead to a fairytale-like grove of citrus, song and warm hospitality. Be serenaded while you sit at simple, white-clothed tables beneath a bower of fragrant lemon trees. It has long been a popular luxury wedding venue and favourite spot for visiting royalty and celebrities, from Elton John to Mariah Carey and Bruce Willis. But it has never lost its humble spirit of welcome and passion for traditional Caprese food, from the vegetables and wine grapes grown nearby to the freshest seafood and handmade pasta, all prepared simply and with respect for the quality of the ingredients.
