Overview

O'Parrucchiano, meaning parish-priest in the Neapolitan dialect, is named for the seminarian who founded it in 1868. For more than 150 years, this trattoria has been renowned for its world-class hospitality and thankfully lost none of its charm in the 2018 refurb.

The splendid glass-walled Veranda Hall sits beneath a verdant lemon grove, making for a magical dining experience filled with the scent of blossoms, fruit and greenery.

It is said that cannelloni was invented here, so it naturally has a prominent place on the menu. There are various other specialty kinds of pasta available, including lasagne, as well as fresh, local seafood. You can also tuck into specialties like Sorrento-style stuffed peppers and Neapolitan antipasti, including zucchini flowers.
