Returning for the second year running as part of Vivid Sydney, the Aria Snack Bar is a rare chance to experience Matt Moran's acclaimed restaurant at its most casual. Renowned for its haute cuisine and exceptional vantage point overlooking Circular Quay's iconic landmarks, expect a curated culinary and beverage experience illuminated by world-class sights.

Served in the Bar area and the Wharf Room from Friday, May 23–Saturday, June 14, there's tantalising bites up and down the menu, like Sydney rock oysters served with mignonette and lemon, a mushroom and truffle tart adorned with smoked cheddar, and K'gari spanner crab paired with smoked roe lemon cream and flatbread. 

For something a little larger, perhaps the wagyu smash burger, layered with Section28 artisan cheese and beer onions, will hit the spot. You could also take in the views with a selection of four of Australia's finest cheeses and seasonal condiments, perfect for you and your pals to pick at throughout the festivities.

Rounding out these indulgent nibbles is a suitably lavish beverage offering just for Vivid Sydney. Throughout the event, Aria's team will pour 2015 Dom Pérignon White Luminous — an appropriate choice considering the label lights up in the dark. Meanwhile, the cocktail shaker will get a solid workout thanks to a special-edition martini, featuring Belvedere 10 and hand-crafted garnishes added tableside.
