Overview

Homegrown indie folk outfit Boy and Bear have been circulating those mellow afternoon picnic-worthy tunes for six years, soundtracking many a road trip and countryside jaunt with their two massive albums. In 2014 alone, the multi ARIA-winning Sydneysiders have performed a whopping 165 shows; having been on and off the road for the past year performing their second album, Harlequin Dream, released in August last year.

September will see the lads play a string of huge Australian shows, before returning to the US in October for more touring. The Get Up and Dance tour will see super hyped Australian duo Holy Holy in support, whose sound has been described by triple j as "lush production... mixing distorted duelling guitars with warm, close harmonies, reverb soaked piano lines and wild percussive rhythms." Just go with it.

With the top notch acoustics of the Sydney Opera House at play, this now sold-out gig is set to reverberate long after the close.

Supported by Holy Holy.

Monday's show is sold out, while Sunday's all-ages show has limited availability left.
