Overview

Cheese is always on the menu at Salt Meats Cheese, as its name suggests. Oozing on top of pizza, sprinkled over pasta, on platters with cured meat and homemade chutney — they're just some of the dairy choices. Or, you could combine a few of the above at the Circular Quay restaurant's weekly Cheese Feasts. Running on a number of Sundays until September 30, they'll turn your weekend into cheese heaven.

On the menu: a selection of cheeses, meats, seasonal fruits and focaccia to share, followed by wood-fired brie filled with cheese pasta, and stuffed porchetta and roasted lamb shoulder smothered in gooey raclette. After that, dessert comes in the form of cardamon panna cotta served with smashed berries and cream.

For the food side of things, it'll set you back $39 — and if you'd like to add bottomless wine, you can do so for an extra $29. That gets you an unlimited selection of Italian red, white and prosecco drops.

The Cheese Feast with optional unlimited wine takes place in two two-hour sittings, between 11.30am–1.30pm and 2–4pm, on  August 26 and September 9, 16, 23 and 30.
