Collider
Travel inside the world's biggest scientific experiment.
Overview
Drawing together theatre, video and sound art, this groundbreaking exhibition comes to you direct from London's Science Museum. Immersing you inside the subatomic world of the Large Hadron Collider, Collider lets you walk inside kilometres-long tunnels, stand within the heart of a history-changing collision, experience bona fide CERN artefacts (CERN being the European Organisation for Nuclear Research) and hear stories from the scientists involved.
Collider is on show until 30 October. Tickets are $20 a pop, but free for Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences members. Alternatively, visit during Sydney Science Festival (August 12-21) armed with a pass and go in and out as many times as you like.
