Throw on the best gown your local op shop has in stock and bedazzle it with rhinestones, because Heaps Gay and Vivid Sydney are throwing a fancy schmancy party. Taking over Luna Park on Saturday, August 7, the third annual Heaps Gay Qweens Ball promises to be a 'creepy carnival of queer delights'.

Basically, one massive dress up party, the event will see plenty of art, tunes drag shows and more Sydney's iconic theme park. On the music front, there'll be performances from New Zealand rapper Jess B, neo-soul artist Okenyo, Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist Vetta Borne, and pop singer and TikTok star Mia Rodriguez. Plus, more performers are yet to be announced.

Needless to say, there'll be partying aplenty. Tickets are yet to go on sale, but we'll be sure to keep you posted — in the meantime you can register on the website.
