Overview
For the summer season Opel Moonlight Cinema offers advance previews, and contemporary, cult and classic movie screenings on the darkened lawns of Centennial park. With onsite catering offering everything from pulled pork to nachos and steak sandwiches, the open air environment offers cinema goers a refreshing alternative to the cramped and stuffy theatres in town.
Over the next few months a varied program of movies will be offered, with great films like Skyfall, Ted, Looper, The Hobbit, Taken 2 and The Master. You can even bring along (well behaved) dogs, provided they're on a short leash. So, if your Shitzu enjoys the comedy of Seth MacFarlane, or your Great Dane can’t get enough Daniel Craig, they're as welcome as you are.
Entry is via Centennial Park's Woollahra Gates, on Oxford St.
