Secret Santa Gift Machine

The Galeries has gone a little Christmas crazy — then again, haven't we all? Knowing that the shopping element of this festive season can be a little testing, the CBD space has found a way to ease the pain, with a Secret Santa gift machine. Located on the ground floor, the machine will be churning our gifts on Thursday, December 20 from 12–8pm. Shoppers who've spent over $80 in The Galeries can have a go at the machine, with prizes including gift and dining vouchers and Visa gift cards.

And the Christmas feels don't end there — the space has been transformed into a glittery wonderland this holiday season. The ground floor laneways have been decorated with 30-metre high tinsel sculptures in festive hues of metallic gold, silver and black. Alongside the large-scale installation is a tinsel selfie station, designed by artist Rachel Burke, which gives punters the chance to win more pre-paid Visa gift cards of up to $1000 — that's sure to help make a serious dent in your Christmas shopping.
