Spanning two showstopping nights — Saturday, May 23, and Saturday, May 30 — a crowd of 200 guests dressed to the nines will settle in for a three-hour cruise featuring a five-course degustation set menu. Paired with Penfolds wines, vintage drops and high-end spirits, this luxe feast alone offers plenty of reasons to spend an evening on the harbour.
However, the night only gets better, as an ensemble from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra presents a rare and intimate performance for guests aboard The Jackson. Complemented by one of the world's most famous skylines illuminated by Vivid light installations, this exclusive encounter takes luxury in Sydney to even greater heights.
