Overview

Marathon weekend is, understandably, focused on running. There's the training, the early starts, the nerves, the race itself and, eventually, making it across the finish line. But what happens once all of that is over? The Reset by Oura is giving recovery its own moment, with an immersive experience coming to Sydney on Sunday, August 30.

Set up at OPT Arrivals Hall, The Reset by Oura is inviting marathon runners, supporters and anyone curious about recovery and performance to stop by and take some time to reset. The idea is a simple one: recovery deserves just as much attention as training, particularly when you're asking your body to do a lot.

So, what can you expect? The experience has been designed as a dedicated recovery zone where you can step away from the marathon-weekend buzz, slow down and spend some time thinking about how recovery fits into performance. It's also a chance to get to know Oura, and discover the all new Oura Ring 5 and how it can support rest and recovery. The experience is designed to help you slow down, reset and recharge while learning more about what your body needs beyond training. Spaces are limited, so ensure you register or arrive early to avoid missing out.

Oura Ring tracks more than 50 health metrics including sleep, activity, stress and heart health. Through the Oura App, those insights can give members a clearer picture of their own patterns and routines, helping them make more informed decisions around their everyday wellbeing and recovery. The latest version, Oura Ring 5, is the world's smallest smart ring yet. It's 40% smaller than its predecessor, with advanced health tracking and a sleek, compact design, featuring a thinner, lighter all-titanium design and up to a week of battery life.

And you don't need to have a marathon bib to make the most of the event. Whether you're running, cheering on someone who is, or simply interested in finding out more about recovery and performance, The Reset by Oura is open to you.

The experience will be at OPT Arrivals Hall on Sunday, August 30, giving you another reason to make a stop during marathon weekend. If you're keen to take some time for yourself and experience The Reset by Oura, register on the website. Spaces are limited, so ensure you register or get in quick to avoid missing out.
