Overview
Stop what you're doing. Get out of bed. Cancel that mid-morning meeting. Whatever it is — it can wait. Because this is happening again: In-N-Out Burger is back in Sydney for one of their late-notice pop-ups. Jimmy's Burgers posted a photo announcing the pop-up this morning, confirming Darlinghurst's Wood and Smoke on Stanley Street as the temporary burger joint location for Tuesday, February 26.
It's been two years since the LA fast food legends set up shop at L'il Darlin (also in Darlo), and three years since they whipped together a few burgers at Surry Hills' Dead Ringer, so you can bet that burger aficionados will be desperate so get their hands on one of those buns. Last time they were doling out hamburgers, regular cheeseburgers and some double cheese lovelies until they sold out, so we hope they're on the menu today as well. And cheese fries. Please say there's cheese fries.
If you've been to one of In-N-Out's previous Sydney pop-ups though, you'll know those burgers sell like, well, cult-status burgers — so you'll have to get there early. Now is probably a good time. Go.
The In-N-Out burger pop-up will run today at Wood and Smoke, 77 Stanley Street, Darlinghurst. Doors open at 11am, so we suggest you go lineup now.
