A venue with staying power is a venue with character, something memorable beyond the menu that turns visitors into regulars, and regulars into a community. Big swings are needed, and when they pay off as they have for Oxford St favourite Paddo Inn, which started taking big swings in 2025 with themed events — they quickly became sold-out community favourites, and now there's enough demand to make it a regular offering.
Going forth in 2026, Paddo Inn's unique events, the common themes of which are drinks and an educational form of entertainment, are now the core of the monthly Paddo Nights Inn series, organised in partnership with local business crew Paddo Collective. Each event will be centred around the spiritual, intellectual and educational, plus paired wines and Italian bites.
The fun starts with Whispers & Wine with Angelina on Monday, February 16. While you sip your wine and tuck into some snacks, your host Angelina, a psychic and spiritual healer, will share her knowledge on psychic history before tapping into the room's energy in search of experiences and messages from the collective space.
Then on Monday, March 16, the event that started it all will return, Tarot and Tannins is back by extremely popular demand. This time, leave the spirits behind and get to know yourself as told by the cards. Host and tarot expert Ginny Shearer will lead an introduction to all things tarot, and how the cards can offer insight, reflection and guidance in everyday life.
Come Monday, April 13, you'll be looking to the stars for Stars & Sips with Marcus D. Here, you'll dive deep into the subject of how the constellations steer our lives: astrology. Part history lesson, part hands-on workshop, this will get you up to speed on everything you need to know about star signs, birth charts and what the cosmos might have in store for your personality, relationships and future.
