With two popular cafes in Surry Hills and Barangaroo, it shouldn't be a surprise that Devon decided to expand across the bridge in North Sydney. Its lineup of signature dishes in tow, Devon North Sydney joins bar and eatery Hunter Gatherer and Hawaiian Nudefish in Greenwood Plaza, just across from North Sydney station.

Open from 7am every weekday (and 8am on weekends), Devon's newest joint is the perfect spot for commuters to pick up an espresso made from house-blended coffee or one of its famed katsu sandos from its takeaway menu. In addition to its signature dishes — which include the soft serve with fries, and its miso salmon with a 63-degree egg — the cafe has added boozy brunch and dinner menus to its lower north shore food offering, with a selection of beer, wine and classic cocktails available, too.

Devon's brunch favourites are also featured on the menu, including its Japanese omelette and 'shrooms on toast', as well as an array of sweet treats including its tropical-style french toast and cooling summer kakigori made with shaved ice, a selection of summer fruits, and coconut foam. With its booth-filled interior, splashes of greenery and wide windows, Devon's latest cafe offers up all its beloved signatures to north Sydney locals —  without having to trek across the city.
