Overview
There's no shortage of barbecue joints around Sydney, but Jazz City is one of the best. They serve up a mix of Texan barbecue and American diner classics.
Bring your friends, claim a black leather booth and send a delegate to the counter to order. We can't promise that it'll be an easy decision. Beef brisket or house-made sausages? Pork ribs or beef ribs? Potato salad or coleslaw? Cornbread or mac and cheese? That's a lot of important decisions to make. If you're not feeling like barbecue, grab a Texas chilli cheeseburger or some chicken and waffles.
It also wouldn't really feel like an American barbecue without some Bud for the adults and root beer for the kids. Finish your meal with some classic diner desserts like pecan pie and key lime pie. Don't forget to ask for an extra scoop of ice-cream.
