Sydney's beloved ramen joint comes to Glebe.

When in Glebe, don't miss the chance to dine at Ramen Goku. This fan-favourite ramen shop is a sister venue to Haymarket's Menya Noodle Bar — and it's turning out equally impressive noodle soups. For the broth, you have the choice of soy, miso, shio, tonkotsu or seafood tonkotsu. On top of your usual chasu, black garlic and chilli pork mince ramens, there are specialties like the Sapporo miso, served in a chicken and pork broth with caramelised garlic oil, and the yokohama tonkotsu of roasted pork, bamboo shoots and ajitsuke tamago (marinated boiled egg). Fans of chilled ramen should try the tsuke men, which is a cold noodle dish served with a side of seafood tonkotsu dipping sauce. Best of all, Ramen Goku lets you BYO wine.
