Overview

Two alternative acts from Auckland are popping in to Wellington's meow for a night of soft electronic pop.

Formerly called Watercolours, art school dropout Chelsea Jade is a rising dream-pop icon on the New Zealand scene. Her new album Beacons interweaves complex poetry with crackling soft electronica.

Indie-pop ground The Ruby Suns was formed in 2004 by Californian Ryan McPhun (who also played for The Brunettes).

Tickets are $20.
