The capital's cutest community get-together, Aro Fair, is back for another round of family friendly entertainment and community spirit.

This end of summer event has become a Wellington staple, and with Alert Levels dropping down just in time, the event is still on the cards for Saturday, 13 March. As well as craft, food and oddity stalls, Aro Park host a main stage for live entertainment including kapa haka, string bean puppets, West African drumming and dance performance.

The AroLympics is also back for another year, with the infamous torch ceremony opening the events on Friday evening, followed by an explosive display of strength, power and talent across the water balloon toss, tug of war and limbo.
