Overview

If you're looking to pop a little extra sparkle into your spring, look no further than QT's season-long Champagne-sipping soiree. From September 19 to October 31, QT will be teaming up with Perrier-Jouët Champagne to celebrate the season by transforming Hippo into a wild art garden. The decor promises to be cosy, fun and rather enchanting, perfect for those long boozy evenings.

On opening night, Thursday, 19 September, the first bottles will pop at 6.30pm, alongside a one-off five-course degustation dinner matched with Perrier-Jouët Champagne. The menu is carefully crafted to show off the Champagne at its best, including a rich scallop course paired with the sommelier favourite, Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2011.

If you miss out on the degustation dinner, you still have all season to indulge in Champagne cocktail tastings for $25 each. The bottles won't stop popping either, with glass offerings from $24. This includes the star of the show, the Belle Époque, which is rarely available by the flute. To top it all off QT is adding even more sparkle, by offering any Art of the Wild participant the chance to win a set of 9ct gold pearl earrings by Meadowlark.

Tickets for degustation dinner are $199 per person. To reserve your spot, email [email protected] or call (04) 802 8935.
