Portlander Bar & Grill is celebrating International Women's Day three weeks late with a one-off bottomless brunch. The contemporary restaurant inside Rydges Hotel regularly throws down all-you-can-eat celebrations — this time executive chef Tim Banks is preparing a variety of tapas-style dishes. Guests will have plenty to pick and choose from across the three-hour session. The restaurant will also have a gin punch available on the day to match.
