American rapper-producer and member of hip hop collective Odd Future will be performing at Wellington's Bodega bar. Sweatshirt gained huge praise and recognition for his debut mixtape "Earl" which was mostly produced by leader of Odd Future, Tyler, the Creator and earned the album the spot as 24th Best Album of 2010 by Complex. His 2013 debut studio album "Doris"which debuted at number five on the US Billboard 200 and number one on the US Top Rap Albums chart featured Odd Future members Frank Ocean, Tyler, the Creator and Domo Genesis along with RZA, Casey Veggie, Vince Staples and Mac Miller.

More recently his digital version of his sophomore album "I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside: An Album By Earl Sweatshirt" was released on March 23 2015 and the physical version was release on April 14. His latest project "Solace", a ten minute track first released on YouTube gained more the one hundred thousand views in the first 24 hours.

Fans will be clawing at the chance to see Sweatshirt perform since his last explosive performance in New Zealand during the Laneway Festival in 2014.
