If you're looking to up your afternoon tea game, The Library has got you covered. On Saturday 21, September, they're hosting a gin-spired high tea for grown ups.

Gather up your gin loving pals and enjoy a sophisticated Saturday afternoon session, complete with special gin cocktails, G&Ts, and tiers of decadent sweet and savoury bites. 

Featuring all your favourite gin brands made in and around Wellington — Reid & Reid, Denzien Urban Distillery, Lighthouse and Southward Distilling — this boozy afternoon tea is sure to put some gin into your step. 

Wash down your high tea treats with a gin concoction ($49), or go for the booze-free option with lovely locally made teas by Libertine Blends ($39). Smooth jazz jams by local band Infernal Jambouree will help set the mood.
