Some of the world's biggest thinkers and doers will unite in Wellington this month when Semi Permanent Aotearoa returns with its kick-ass selection of events to bring out the creative genius in all of us.

Founded in Australia in 2003 and now one of the largest events of its type, Semi Permanent Aotearoa brings together internationally renowned designers, artists and creative icons for a celebration of design. From graphic design, visual effects and animation to photography, film and illustration, Semi-Permanent presents a smorgasbord of live events, presentations, workshops and parties to inspire across all facets of the industry – and it never disappoints.

The event has previously featured bigwigs from brands like Google, Instagram, Microsoft, Kickstarter and Airbnb. This year, global speakers from giant corporations like Netflix, Nike, and Google are all on the lineup, while homegrown talent includes fashion designer Karen Walker and Special PR founder, Tony Bradbourne.

Hosted at the stunning St James Theatre, the 20th anniversary of Semi Permanent will take place over three days, beginning Wednesday, October 19 and concluding Friday, October 21. Check out the full lineup and purchase tickets here.
