This weekend only, baked goods boutique Lashings is tipping its hat to the red, white and blue with a southern American diner service. From 10am on both Saturday, 5 and Sunday 6, December owner and pastry chef Jackie Lee is pressing pause on the normal menu to offer the likes of peach cobbler, chess pie and s'mores.

Further menu items include fried green tomatoes, cornbread with truffle and whipped maple butter, and homemade American pie. Main dishes, including Soul Shack fried chicken and waffles, will be available from 12pm. Everything else will be available from 10am until sold out.
