Overview
Zines have quick become a cheap and effective way of getting your art seen in Wellington. They are pocket sized books filled with talent giving you a chance to dabble in all kinds of emergin artists. The Zinefest brings all of these ideas and inspirations together in one place to cultivate Wellington's support for local. The event is being held at Wellington High School Hall with 60+ stallholders selling zines and other self-published projects.
If you're looking to get your won art out there Zinefest will also have a collaborative DIY table with materials provided for you to get your own zine going. The day represents Wellingtons art culture with 'talky workshops' throughout the day also. Make sure to bring cash.
