Matching alcohol to food isn't as simple as following the general rule that white wine goes with chicken and red wine goes with beef.

Pairing your food with the right wine and vice versa can completely alter how you experience a dish. The Sugar Club is inviting people to experience what a perfect pairing tastes like when they host Grape vs Grain on Tuesday 22 May.

Across four courses, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy The Sugar Club's luscious fusion cuisine, painstakingly paired with Sawmill Beers and Astrolabe Wines. Coupled with the views that come with being 53 levels up the Skytower, and the glamourous intimacy of a deco décor, it will be an evening to remember.
