Sky Tower 23rd Birthday Month

After throwing the highest dance party in the Southern Hemisphere, Auckland's concrete toothpick is back with a series of after-hours events in the clouds. As part of Sky Tower's 23rd birthday month, both a silent disco and disco-themed yoga are taking over the main observation deck, 186 metres above the city.

Ticket holders to the Highest Silent Disco in NZ will have the choice of three channels in their glowing headphones, including a live performance from Taejin + Disco on Sax. The event runs from 9pm until late. Food and drink will be available for purchase on the night.

Every second Thursday evening in August, disco fever will engulf level 51. The Disco Yoga events combine an hour-long yoga class with disco music and themed beverages. Add some pizzazz to your activewear at the bejeweling station, then balance your mind, body and soul under the disco balls.
