Taste Magazine are collaborating with Fisher & Paykel & Ceres Organics to present a series of three innovative & engaging cooking demonstrations at Ponsonby Central.

Hosted by professional chefs Luca Villari and Paul Jobin, each session focuses on a different technique: The Butcher (ways with cuts of meat), The Baker (bread-making and baking techniques) and The Pasta Maker (how to make wonderful homemade pasta). Tickets include wine & canapes, sampling opportunities and a goodie bag to take home.
