The Glenmorangie Delicious and Wonderful Cocktail Pop-Ups

Attention all cocktail enthusiasts, if you missed the sky-high Delicious and Wonderful World put on by the award-winning liquor-maker Glenmorangie, we've got good news. Throughout September, you can work your way through five deliciously inventive cocktails across five Sydney venues. And taking the lead role? X by Glenmorangie, the single malt scotch whisky made especially for mixing.

The drop boasts notes of pear and orange, plus a hazy sweet layer of vanilla and honeysuckle, making it sweeter and richer than the brand's other expressions. Designed with cocktails front of mind by the team at Glenmorangie — the self-professed 'Willy Wonkas of the whisky world' — X by Glenmorangie is being served up in creative iterations at About Time, Employees Only, Kittyhawk, Double Deuce and Doss House until Friday, September 30.

Straight Shooter, Double Deuce

If you're in The Rocks, stop in at Doss House and ask for The Upstairs (third image at top). A mix of the dry Unico Zelo Pomelo Vermouth, X by Glenmorangie, and the sweetness of vanilla liqueur, apple and pear served in a coupe.

Head to Kittyhawk for a taste of International Orange (second image at top), which features the single malt, spiced pineapple cordial and champagne with a sprinkle of crushed almonds.

Back in the thrum of the CBD, Double Deuce will be pouring the Straight Shooter (pictured above) featuring a mix of X by Glenmorangie, Mr Black coffee liqueur, a lick of honey and a dash of orange bitters, finished with orange oil flame spray as garnish.

The basement quarters of Employees Only will be serving My Treasure (hero image), a mix of X by Glenmorangie with both bergamot and bitter orange liqueur, a zesty hit of lemon, orange and lemon saccharum.

Bublillionaire, About Time

Looking for something to spruce up your Insta? The pop-up bar About Time has a true showstopper for you. Bublillionaire (pictured above) marries the whisky with apricot brandy, sloe gin and lime juice. Then, a citrus bubble is precariously set on top, ripe for the popping.

With each delicious and wonderful cocktail crafted to showcase just how brilliant a product X by Glenmorangie is, it's a great excuse to sip your way through the city.
