It seems there's no stopping the cookie domination sweeping Australia (and abroad), as Brooki Bakehouse cements its next opening. This time, the gourmet cookie purveyor brings its baked goods to Gold Coast, with its flagship Broadbeach store. 

The shiny new flagship store is the latest exciting opening in a series of successful launches by the brand, including an outpost at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and various pop-ups around Australia. The Broadbeach flagship, located at 88 Surf Parade, brings Brooke Bellamy's banging biscuits to the beach. 

"So many Australians find Brooki for the first time on a Queensland holiday — and for years, the Gold Coast has been the number one place our customers have asked us to open. Surf Parade in Broadbeach is exactly where our people are, so it's time we bring Brooki to them," says Bellamy. 

With a kiosk at Pacific Fair and a soon-to-open kiosk at Gold Coast Airport, the new Broadbeach store, which is the third flagship for the brand, including its Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane locations, makes the coveted cookies easily accessible across the Gold Coast. The latest location will be open from 10am to 10pm, seven days a week, allowing you to curb your sweet tooth cravings at any time, day or night.
