The Brisbane artist is known for her creative approach to cuisine, and her merging of the lines between experimentation and gastronomy. In fact, her ongoing Dessert performance series is renowned for not only reimagining the usual relationship that we all have with food, but also creating a multi-sensory experience that plays with the choreography of dining.
