Heading north to Noosa to take advantage of the scenic spot's coastline is a tried-and-tested weekend activity, as every Brisbanite knows. So, you just need to pick what suits your mood, hunger and thirst — including learning how to make espresso martinis, tucking into a bottomless lunch and taking a culinary train tour of the region.
