The event boasts a two and a half hour class that will take you through what eating seasonally means, what grows when and where, growing your own fruit and veg and understanding the journey from paddock to plate. The workshop also includes tasty season appropriate meal ideas as well as cooking for food intolerances and attendees will be served up delicious samples to show you just what you can do with seasonal produce.
