Overview

The prestigious Nikon-Walkely Awards recognise the very best photojournalists of the past year and celebrate the full range of human emotion and experiences. Photos include depictions of daily life, photographic essays, sport and portraiture. This exhibition showcases magnificent photos that have the ability to stir emotion in the viewer.

The exhibition and competition is in its 12^th year at Brisbane Powerhouse and has maintained its standard of excellence. From January 17^th to Monday 25^th February, the Powerhouse will host over 100 works by the short-listed photojournalists.
