Sit outdoors on wooden benches to take in the sunlight or chill inside at the sleek bar and watch the lights twinkle in the night through floor-to-ceiling glass. Either way, you'll be accompanied by a classic cocktail or one of their specialties of the house.

The bar team favours refreshments of the shaken, sour and fluffy variety, like Pisca-Pisca (pisco brandy, Campari, mango and egg white). Of course, they have fresh sangria by the glass or pitcher and a range of local wines and port. And when we say "world cuisine", we mean it. You'll find influences from Greek, American, Italian, Spanish, Indian, Mexican, South American and Asian styles, everything from charcuterie boards to tacos, risotto, surf 'n' turf burgers and panna cotta.
