Lilly's Bar

Overview

Meet Lilly: she's fun, spirited and carefully curated. She's a new Milano-style cocktail bar at Manly Spirits Distillery in Brookvale. With three special events each week, a lineup of local and international DJs and an energetic atmosphere, Lilly's is filling a gap in the Northern Beaches hospitality offering. 

Founder Adam Ballesty named the sophisticated spot after Manly Spirits' popular Lilly Pilly Pink Gin; the Lilly Pilly flower being native to the local coastline. He wanted to bring something new and dynamic to the Northern Beaches, and so Lilly's was founded as a lively venue that feels Italian in spirit, but with the local community at its heart. 

The lively location boasts three special events each week. Dirty Thursdays features $12 dirty martinis and even dirtier margaritas with bar snacks all night. Aperitivo Fridays offers a complimentary Italian aperitivo spread, before the room transforms with DJs on the decks late into the night. On Spritz Sundays, snag a spritz for just $10 while you listen to vinyl DJs spinning tunes all afternoon.
